Conveniently located between Kingstown and the Argyle International Airport are the 25 acres of the Diamond Industrial Estate. Started by NPL in 2006 the estate is suited to commercial, educational, tourism and manufacturing enterprises looking to purchase land on which to construct their own premises. The estate features flat, cleared land with supporting infrastructure and is situated next to the Windward Highway.
